一、概 述
該儀器是本廠繼76-1、78-1磁力攪拌器后又一研究成果，它是理想的對(duì)液體攪拌、加熱分析測(cè)定儀器。它們采用直流無(wú)刷電機(jī)，噪聲低，機(jī)械故障少、調(diào)速平穩(wěn)。由氟材料與磁鋼精制而成的攪拌子，具有耐高溫、耐磨、耐化學(xué)腐蝕，旋轉(zhuǎn)力強(qiáng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。并可在密封容器中進(jìn)行調(diào)混工作，使用十分理想與方便。
二、技術(shù)參數(shù)

三、使用方法
1. 接通電源，開(kāi)啟電源開(kāi)關(guān)，指示燈亮。將調(diào)速電位器順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)，攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速由慢至快，調(diào)節(jié)到要求轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)為止。
2. 要加熱時(shí)，開(kāi)啟加熱開(kāi)關(guān)，（該加熱盤為臨時(shí)加熱，且不可長(zhǎng)時(shí)間加熱工作，以防造成加熱盤變形，電熱絲損壞）。
3. 如工作中攪拌子出現(xiàn)跳子現(xiàn)象，請(qǐng)關(guān)閉電源后重新開(kāi)啟，速度由慢至快調(diào)節(jié)便可恢復(fù)正常工作。
四、注意事項(xiàng)
1. 為了確保安全，使用時(shí)須妥善接地。
2. 如攪拌液灑在園盤上，會(huì)使元器件及電機(jī)燒壞，應(yīng)迅速切斷電源。
3. 本機(jī)使用時(shí)保持清潔，長(zhǎng)期不用時(shí)應(yīng)切斷電源，以免發(fā)生意外。
本廠產(chǎn)品自出廠之日起三包一年，終身維護(hù)。（人為損壞及使用不當(dāng)酌收工本費(fèi)）。

79-1 Magnetic Stirrer With Heater
(Ⅰ) Brief Instruction
79-1 Magnetic Heating Agitator, an ideal essential implement for laboratory technicians, is universally applied in colleges and universities, environment protecting, researching, sanitation, antiepeidemic, petroleum, metallurgy, chemical and medical units.
(Ⅱ) Characteristics
79-1 Magnetic Heating Agitator is an ameliorated one developed on the basis of 69-1 and 76-1 magnetic agitator. Equipped with a DC motor, it can attain 10,000-odd hours continuous no-load operation, With good performance, no noise and no vibration, it can achieve remarkably good agitating result. The machine is designed for solutions of high viscosity. Its frame is made of aluminum alloy, thus no rust will occur.

(Ⅳ) Usage
When using this apparatus, make sure that the fitting parts are complete. Place the beakers needing agitating in the center of the heater plate, and the rabble into the solution which has been filled into the beakers. Put the plug into the outlet and turn on the power add the speed adjusting switches. Once the indictor is on, the machine is ready for operation. Be sure to adjust speed gradually from the low to the high. You must not stare the apparatus at a high speed, or else the rabble won't go synchronously. The apparatus should always be kept clean and dry. Solutions should be kept out of the inside of the machine so as not to damage it. To ensure security, the machine should be grounded in operation and the power should be cut off after operation.
( Ⅴ ) Cautions
1. When agitating, if you find the agitator vibrates violently of stops agitation, please cut off the power and inspect the bottom of the beaker to see if it is level and if its position is proper while checking the voltage to see if it is 220V±10V. Other while the irregular phenomena like above will certainly occur.
2. It is not proper to heat too long. To use it at intervals can prolong the life of the apparatus.
3. The apparatus can work continuously for 8 hours at a medium speed and for 4 hours at a high speed.
4. If the power is on and he indicator is not lit, please inspect whether the fuse pipe is damaged for it has the function of the protection of the motor when power changes and the motor is overloaded. If the fuse is damaged, replace it with the fuse supplied together with the machine or a proper one of the same specification you can find.
5. If the electric motor refuses to turn under the proper power after a long time of operation, please inspect whether the screws connected with the motor's axle are loose. When the magnet drops, please stick it with 502 glue available on the market. Pay attention to the cleaning and poles of the magnet.
6. If current leak occurs after a long time of operation, please inspect if the heating ceramic pipe is damaged because the heating wire is directly supplied with 220V or inspect if lines touch one another or the insulation pipe has dropped off. Those who know little of electricity are forbidden to repair the machine.
